RSM/TESORO NJB is a non-profit organization which operates a youth basketball program for boys and girls in grades 1st-12th.  Our primary goal is to teach children the fundamentals of basketball and good sportsmanship.  Our players come from Rancho Santa Margarita, Dove Canyon, Coto de Caza, Trabuco Canyon and Ladera Ranch.  We are a 100% volunteer organization relying on the help of parents and community support to keep our program running.  Our chapter was founded in 2001 and is has grown from 100 players to almost 800 in the past 4 years.
